Delivery Policy

We deliver to all major centers and outlying areas within South Africa. So, Nationwide!​

We only use our couriers to deliver your goods. Therefore your parcel will be delivered to you at any address specified in RSA, provided that it is a residential address with a valid postal code. Unfortunately the courier can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Unfortunately we do not make use of the South African Postal Service due to the inefficiency and disruptions in service. We have worked hard and continue to push the boundaries on our service delivery. Should your order value be more than R2500.00, then we will pay for your courier fee. Basically, for orders over R2500.00 there is free delivery. If you place an order for below R2500.00, there is a small delivery fee of R160.00 anywhere in South Africa.

Our website is always live 24/7, but unfortunately our suppliers do not operate on the weekends. Due to this, orders placed and paid for on the weekends, will only be process on the first working day of the new week. As we keep a limited amount of stock in our store, we might not have all the items you have requested, but will notify you if you should expect any delays. Orders need to be placed before and paid for by 14H00 for the order to leave the same day, subject to stock availability. Once the order leaves us, we will send you a notification email of the tracking details and when you should expect your parcel. As we deal with local suppliers only, generally your stock will leave the day after your payment and arrive with you the next day or day after. In certain circumstances for outlying areas, the delivery might be up to 3-4 days.

We use three options for our deliver: Overnight by 10H30, Overnight by 13H00 and Domestic Budget Cargo. We will select the most economical delivery option for the parcel being sent. Once you receive your tracking details, we will send you an estimated time that the parcel should arrive. Please bear in mind that there are certain circumstances that we are unable to foresee that might effect your delivery of your parcel. But we will always be in contact to assist with any information needed.

Our Courier company does not deliver to P.O Boxes or the Post Office. Someone will have to be present and sign the waybill when receiving the parcel. If you cannot be present at the delivery address, a work college or member of staff may sign for the parcel on your behalf. Couriers will only be able to deliver during working hours.

We work hard to make our customers feel confident in their purchases with the assurance that we are able to assist with any returns or exchanges they wish to make. In order to provide the best customer service possible, we offer no restocking fees and will assist with a free return shipping on your First Gear Exchange.

EnduroShop South Africa will gladly accept returns and exchanges provided that they are in NEW and UNUSED condition and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please ensure that you do not use the manufacturers packaging as a shipping container. Any Product that has been worn, used or installed will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

All items must be returned within 14 days. All sales are final on OEM parts and customized printed products.

First Free Gear Exchange Per Order (Items Included – Jersey, Pants, Gloves and Riding Jackets).

If an article of gear does not fit correctly, EnduroShop South Africa will be happy to send you free Waybill to have the item returned to us. Only one free waybill will be provided per order. This does not pertain to refunds or returns.


Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment method used on the order. Once the transaction has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to verify the transaction.

Standard Return Policy

1. Contact Enduroshop South Africa to notify us of the return. Confirmation details will be sent through to confirm the return process.
2. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund/exchange has been processed.
3. Your exchanged items will be sent back to you via our preferred courier method.

Warranty Return Policy

EnduroShop South Africa does not offer any type of direct warranty on products. All warranty claims will go directly to the manufacturers. We will assist with the warranty process as much as we can, but the warranty decision will be made by the manufacturer themselves. We would require you to contact us directly with an warranty issue. We would require pictures as well as a statement from the customer regarding the warranty issue and conditions of the defects. Once the the manufacturer has confirmed the warranty claim, we would assist in getting you new product to you.
