How do I buy on your site?

  • Browse or search the site for the product you require.
  • Add your product to the cart by selecting the item and customising the options, e.g. size, colour, etc.
  • Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to create your account if you are not already a member.
  • Confirm your order, select a delivery method and make payment through PayFast or using your Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card. Payfast makes it easy to EFT from your account straight into ours.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment as well as an estimation of when you will receive your parcel.
  • Once we have received your confirmation of payment, your order will be sourced, packed and couriered to you or set aside for collection from our retail outlet.

How safe are my personal details?

We treat your personal information as strictly confidential and take necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and is protected.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once we have processed your order we will provide you with a tracking number as well as the courier that will be delivering your parcel.

Why was my order cancelled?

Payment hasn’t been received or allocated to your order. If you don’t complete payment within 2 hours, your order will be cancelled.

If we were unable to deliver your order to you the items are returned to our warehouse for a refund.  You’re welcome to place your order again.

Can I change or edit my order?

Should you be unsure or would like to edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible to change your order. As we keep most of the items in stock, your parcel will be dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately once the parcel has left our warehouse, we are unable to change or edit your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We will only be able to cancel your order if it has not left our warehouse yet.

How long before I receive my parcel?

You can expect delivery within 72 hours after your payment has cleared. We courier overnight and door-to-door. In some cases, it may take a day or two longer. Smaller towns may take a couple of days to reach but EnduroShop will always ensure that you receive your order. Please note that courier services do not work over weekends.

Delivery or collection option?

Collect: You can collect your order from our retail outlet in Boksburg during business hours – 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Courier: We offer a courier service that can deliver your order directly to your door.

Can I pay on delivery?

All orders need to have proof of payment before a parcel can be sent out. These confirmations are with an EFT or credit card transaction.

What happens if you are out of stock?

Should there be a situation where we are out of stock, which happens from time to time, we will contact you as soon as possible either by email, phone or WhatsApp to assist with a solution.

Can I change my delivery address?

No, the address chosen in checkout cannot be changed. If there is a problem with delivery to the address you gave us, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist.

 

What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by:

  • Credit card: VISA & Mastercard
  • Debit card: VISA & Mastercard (must be 3D Secure enabled)
  • Instant EFT through Payfast

Why is my credit card payment not going through?

If your card transaction has failed the most probable cause is a bank decline. Our credit card provider acts as a middleman and the ultimate authorisation for a transaction comes from your bank.

Why should I use Instant EFT instead of a Manual EFT?

Instant EFT uses the existing relationship you have with your bank. That means completing payment using Instant EFT is just as secure as making a direct EFT deposit. The only information required from you is the information that is only known to you and the bank, which is your login information and the OTPs that are triggered to your mobile number.

Neither EnduroShop nor our Instant EFT providers Payfast store your banking details.

Instant EFT automatically uses the correct payment reference, amount and destination bank account to ensure your order gets processed immediately by EnduroShop’s systems.
